All you need to do is make a *WISH* =)

Here's how it goes, fill in the blanks in the sentence below & email it to back to us at phi@tiramisucaravan.com before 12.April.2009.

Terms & Conditions:

1) Selected nomination(s) will receive for FREE a 9" cake you wished for!

2) The cake will be delivered for the recipient's birthday party. We will contact you for more information.

3) The recipient can also choose to share this special gift with a charitable organization of his or her choice. In which case, both the recipient & the selected organization will EACH RECEIVE 1 CAKE from Phi's Addiction. =)

4) The cake you wish for MUST NOT BE from our Phi's Addiction Menu as follows.

- Orange Almond Cake

5) You are allowed to make only ONE entry.

8) We may select 1, 2, 3, or more nominations! So wish for your dream cake now!

9) Selected birthday cakes will be given out between 1.May.2009 - 30.April.2010. Closing date for nominations is 12.April.2009. All results will be posted via website & E-mailer.

10) You may nominate from anywhere in the world, however the cakes can only be delivered within Singapore. Wait til we sort out our airbus. :P
